Gerus Anna – a choreographer, dance teacher, ballet dancer

Founder and artistic director of Ukrainian Dance Theatre

Was born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine in 1986

As a student of the State Ballet School (2000-2007) was accepted into the troupe of the Dnipropetrovsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theater as a ballet dancer.

In 2002 graduated the State Ballet School at the Dnipropetrovsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theater

In 2005 graduated the Dnipropetrovsk Theater and Art College with a major in Choreography.

2006 – 2010, a student of the Kyiv National I.K. Karpenko-Kary Theater, Cinema and Television,  majoring in "Artistic Director of Classical Ballet".

2002 – 2007, a participant of the veteran ballet troupe led by Oleg Nikolaev

2007 – 2018 with the Kiev Modern Ballet Theater as a principal dancer, teacher and choreographer 

2018 founded Ukrainian Dance Theatre

  • The Belgrade National Theater - ballets "Women in D minor" and "Long Christmas Lunch" by R. Poklitaru

2010 – So You Think You Can Dance,  Ukraine, season 2, a teacher of classical dance, Top 20 dancers

2003 – 2004,  a teacher of modern dance in the Dnepropetrovsk State Ballet School


Has toured to France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Portugal, Israel, Luxembourg, Romania, China, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Belarus, Moldova, Estonia, Russia, Czech Republic, Serbia, Italy, Poland and Ukraine.
